No matter what the stakes, these riders ride for the love and not for glory and credit. When it comes to Riding, Mike, Nate and Kevin get down to the ride first, represent 2nd. Although they represent their supporters so well, make no mistake about it, these once newbie rippers, now OG’s riders, know how to ride.
Dan has been connected to the lifeblood of downhill skateboarding for over a decade now. In 2009, he received a credit with National Geographic for his creation, The Fellowship of the Bearing. His 13 minute version of the film went on Banff’s “Radical Reels” World Tour. He often mentions that his #1 goal was is to create stoke in the longboarding industry. In 2010 he started a School for Kids so that they could learn how to ride safe before Co-Founding Skate[Slate]. He has dedicated a ton of time helping riders and the industry get to the next level.
