There are some spots where you can do some slidding but just one or two blocks long, so this last weekend we had in a place called La Plata, a huge festival called the Plain Festival.
Riders from La Plata decided to make up an event on sunday were people Could have fun and race but in a place that has no inclination at all. So they built up some ramps and obstacles and the show began!
Around 250 people came to watch, race and spend the day. On sunday the day was coludy, with fog and cold, but suddenly the fog went away and per moments the clouds left making a hot humid climate for everyone. At the begging with all the wet floor riders were all dirty and wet, falling all the time and we saw funny and not that funny accidents.
Ambulances were there and made their work perfect assisting everyone that got hurt by the adrenaline of the circuit.
They separated everyone in different categories: Open, Junior, Amateur and Ladies. Take a look to the pics cause there´s nothing more to say.
Pics where taken by me (Barbara Britvin) and my photographer friend Macu Bustamante.
