After having a pair of Triple 8 slide gloves for over a year, I had to get a new pair of gloves just out of necessity. I had used my older pair from the start and they are in rags right now. These gloves are the perfect replacement. A bit pricey, but well worth the extra moolah.

To start, these things are basically indestructible. If you have experience and can keep your fingertips from brushing the pavement, you should be good to go. The pucks that come with the gloves are great and slide very smoothly. Personally, I remove the finger and thumb pucks because they get in the way, and thumb pucks have never been known to last. I always end up pinching them off during a run and never seeing them again because they can go flying if you make one wrong move with your thumb. I really like the fact that these don't have any velcro straps that loop around the wrist. The glove fits snugly, and the crash-resistant knuckle protectors are dope.

For all the bells and whistles, get these gloves. For practicality, get these gloves. For a long-life slide glove solution, get these gloves. Loaded did good work getting these out there, especially with their other sets of gloves on the market that tend to wear down pretty quickly.

I think that the price of these slide gloves is fair considering all the ideas and quality of products that go into them. These things will last you along time if you treat them right. I have had mine for about 2 months and i do sliding at 30-40 mph and the pucks have not worn down. The only thing that has happened was i ripped a whole in my right thumb from accidentally placing it on the ground during a slide, but that took a while to happen. The fit so nice with the magical inner fabric that is so comfy and their very stylish because they make you look like a ninja

these are sick. good protection on them and the Coolmax fabric is the best. Your hands don't feel as sweaty and warm in them. The pucks lasted long, and the velcro is def a bonus. Great glove.

although the finger puck prevents you from grabbing when you really need to, the gloves are absolutely gnar and will save your hands if you crash.
