Arbor Axis (Bamboo)
| 0.0 | 7.6 (2) |
Arbor’s new drop-through model - the Axis is built to provide stability at speed with amazing carve and slide performance. A symmetrical shape and more functional nose/tail profile offer highly versatile stance and switch options, while a cambered design delivers a medium flex for improved rail-to-rail reaction time and riding surface management. A snowboard inspired sidecut encourages a centered stance, while tuning the flex for easier turn initiation. A bit flexier than the koa model.

Money's Worth
This board is good for what I payed for it. At $115 dollars you can't expect that it will be up to par with the Dervish, so that is an unfair comparison. However, this board due to its stiffer nature does allow the rider to carve more forcefully and works very well in stand up slides. As long as the rest of the set-up is good this board shines. It is comfortable and the hourglass like shape helps a new rider like my brother learn where to put their feet. The board forces the rider into a good stance. This is a good beginner board and is fun even for myself.
Decent!
basicly, it's a not bad replica of the dervish, but it will never be it's competitor. The build and craftsmanship is not as top as loaded's but, regardless, it's a very nice board, and the price is very reasonnable!
